F&B Gallery Coordinator - Your future position?

As a "F&B Gallery Coordinator" based in Dubai, you will be reporting to the Gallery and Best Practices Director, and you will be responsible for supporting the Cross Category team on client projects and marketing programmes, as well as monitoring and disseminating market and consumer information to provide support for marketing, sales, evaluation and perfumery teams.

In this exciting role your responsibilities will be:

• Monitoring and recording new launch activity, purchasing new launch products and collaborating with marketing colleagues in different regions
• Organising new product meetings
• Supporting research for client presentations and drafting client presentations, under the supervision of a marketing manager
• Collaborating with Sales and Evaluation to support customer projects and establish appropriate olfactory direction to win briefs
• Providing support to marketing and graphics colleagues on marketing programmes and projects as required across the countries in region/subregion
• Learning and applying Givaudan branding guidelines
• Developing and delivering presentations
• Accurately recording and accessing information from Givaudan systems (IBIS, Fragranceland etc.)

Your professional profile includes:

• University Degree in Marketing or other relevant field
• 2+ years of experience in the marketing field
• Verbal and written command of English and Arabic
• Familiarity with fragrance families and key olfactory notes preferred but not a must
• Ability to navigate Social Media marketing content to gain insights
• Ability to manage simple projects independently
• Excelling at coordination and multi-tasking
• Effectivel management of multiple priorities and projects under time/budget constraints
