The Role
Job description: About the Role: We are seeking a confident, stylish, and experienced Female Boutique Manager to lead our women’s fashion boutique in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong retail leadership skills, a passion for fashion, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience while driving sales and ensuring smooth boutique operations. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily boutique operations and ensure a premium customer experience • Manage the boutique team, including scheduling, training, and performance supervision • Drive sales targets, maximize revenue, and meet monthly KPIs • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, store cleanliness, and product display • Build strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction and retention • Handle inventory control, stock rotation, ordering, and loss prevention • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and operational performance updates • Coordinate with the head office for product planning, pricing, promotions, and marketing • Manage customer complaints or issues professionally and efficiently • Ensure compliance with company standards, brand identity, and store policies

Requirements
- Female candidates only (as per role nature and boutique requirements) • Previous experience as Store/Boutique Manager or Supervisor in retail fashion • Strong product knowledge in women’s fashion, styling, and trends • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and customer service skills • Ability to manage retail targets and drive commercial performance • Must be currently based in the UAE (Abu Dhabi preferred) • The CV must include a clear picture
