Field Sales Representative

Education, Experience & Skills:

• At least 1 year of sales experience in UAE, preferably within logistics or a related industry.
• Must hold self-sponsored visa and currently reside in the UAE.
• Owning vehicle is preferred for client visits but must have driving license.
• Fluency in English is essential; Arabic and/or Hindi/Urdu is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.

Key responsibilities:

• Drive Business Growth: Identify, target and secure new business opportunities in the logistics industry, building strong sales pipeline.
• Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Achieve Sales Goals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s success.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Address client inquiries, resolve issues and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to client needs.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
