The Role
- Diagnose and repair faulty equipment on site, communicating effectively with the Service department and end-customer.
- Conduct preventive maintenance visits to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
- Instruct customers on the day-to-day use and maintenance of hardware equipment and software collateral.
- Complete intervention reports with customer sign-off and keep knowledge up to date through continuous learning.
- Conduct product installations, training, and demonstrations, reflecting deep technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit customer-oriented, independent, and team player qualities while displaying a positive attitude and willingness to travel frequently.
