The Role
A boutique, strategic advisory firm, with a presence in UAE, UK, USA, and offshore USA territories., works with select clients, across a wide spectrum of UHNW family offices and sovereign wealth funds, additionally with non-profit advocacy and research institutions as well global investment groups. The role of the Finance Associate will support the growing team, providing high quality financial and operational assistance across the UAE, USA and associated US territories. Responsibilities encompass bookkeeping, monthly expense reports, inter company transfers and managing the relationship with the external accounting firm. Ideally the candidate will also have experience and be able to provide support around compliance and international licensing, interacting with the international accounting team.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a team player, who will also get involved with office management and general administrative tasks, possess high energy and a superb attention to detail. A Bachelor’s Degree is required, and it is essential that candidates possess extensive experience in Quickbooks. Additionally, candidates will be expected to have considerable experience in creating high quality expense reports. An excellent standard of English is essential, but those who also have Arabic fluency skills hold a distinct an advantage.
