1. Accounting Outsourcing Services:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Executive with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in delivering accounting outsourcing services to clients, as well as supporting internal financial requirements. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with UAE regulations, and optimizing financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting Outsourcing Services:
- Manage end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping services for a portfolio of clients, ensuring adherence to UAE accounting standards.
- Oversee client financial statements, balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Liaise with clients to understand financial needs and provide tailored accounting solutions.
- Maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for finance-related queries.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients and internal management, ensuring compliance with IFRS and UAE regulatory requirements.
- Perform detailed financial analysis to provide insights on profitability, cost management, and cash flow optimization.
- Support management with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for strategic decision-making.
- Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations for internal company requirements.
- Ensure compliance with VAT regulations and prepare VAT returns for timely submission.
- Collaborate with auditors for annual audits and address any audit queries.
- Ensure compliance with UAE tax laws, regulations, and international accounting standards.
- Implement internal controls and financial processes to mitigate risks and enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Stay updated on changes in UAE financial regulations and advise management and clients accordingly.
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting outsourcing and financial management, with UAE-specific experience.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT regulations, and financial reporting standards.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, ERP systems) and MS Excel.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Analytical Skills: Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
