As a Finance Manager, you will support local leadership and consultants across the UAE, leading forecasting and budgeting, FP&A, WIP and AR management, and management reporting, while ensuring financial data integrity and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

About the Internal Finance Service Line

Our internal finance team plays a pivotal role in enabling the firm’s success. We are dedicated to driving financial excellence, providing strategic insights, and ensuring effective financial governance. Through robust financial planning, forecasting, and operational efficiency, we empower the business to achieve its goals while adhering to the highest standards of accountability and compliance.

As a Finance Manager some of your responsibilities will include:



  • WIP & AR cycle improvement and management
  • Management Reporting, performance analysis, forecasting and planning
  • Enhancing the financial architecture/system to be fit for future growth
  • Statutory compliance, accounting and audit (including supervision of outsourced financial support)
  • Corporate governance, implementation of compliance with group policies
  • Management, development and support of local finance team
