Finance Manager, Corporate Service Provider

Our client is a premium boutique Corporate Service Provider, based in Al Barsha, Dubai. They provide company formation and business services in both the UAE and KSA.

They are hiring a Finance Manager. Someone who has experience in Professional Services, and comes from a SME environment where they are hands-on managing a department and not a small cog in a larger MNC machine. This person must be able to handle every aspect of finance and accounting internally and externally (auditors) for the firm

What we are Looking For

• 5+ years experience in finance management within the corporate service sector.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field (CA, CPA, ACCA preferred)
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, statutory reporting, audit practices, tax / VAT regimes in GCC
• Experience working across multiple jurisdictions (UAE, KSA, etc.) a plus
• Proven skills in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
• Familiarity with corporate services business models, multi-entity accounting, and transfer pricing / inter-company flows.
• Proficiency in ERP / accounting systems; advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
