Key Responsibilities
Portfolio Companies & Assets:
Portfolio Companies & Assets:
- Coordination and optimization of financial functions across portfolio companies and assets, including accounting, reporting, budgeting, financial analysis and planning, and streamlining of financial and operational processes
- Maintenance of financial models and analysis of investment performance — both on a consolidated portfolio level and for individual companies/assets
- Internal control and compliance oversight
- Development and implementation of financial policies and procedures
- Cross-functional communication and coordination across the family office team, portfolio companies, external partners, and service providers
- Preparation of financial and shareholder reports, presentations, memos, and analytical materials for shareholders and management
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience
- UAE experience is a strong advantage
- Solid skills in financial reporting, analysis, modeling, and presentation development
- Ability to independently manage tasks and establish financial processes with minimal supervision
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships and resolve issues
- Full professional fluency in Russian and English (both written and verbal)
- Work format: on-site (Downtown Dubai) or hybrid
- Employment in accordance with UAE labor law
- Compensation: AED 12,000 – 15,000 gross per month, depending on qualifications and experience
