Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Controller to manage the financial operations of an esteemed investment group. The ideal candidate will report to the CEO and must have a strong background in finance and accounting, with the ability to ensure accurate financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the CEO for the deployment and integration of the finance function (including implementation of ERP, group standards and systems, sharing the best practices, providing training, etc.).
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Regularly onsite/offsite check of the documents and the reports including B/S, and TB review.
• Support the consolidation of the budget and multiyear plan of the entities.
• Oversee the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including internal controls and audit requirements.
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and implement audit recommendations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Monthly calls with the local finance teams.

Job Requirements:

• A professional qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CA) is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant sector.
• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
• Controlling experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, with a focus on driving team performance and development.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to listen to others, reformulate, synthesize, and work as a team.
