Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Finishing Foreman (Joinery) to oversee and manage all joinery finishing works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety standards.

We are seeking a highly skilled Finishing Foreman (Joinery) to oversee and manage all joinery finishing works on-site. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality workmanship, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate finishing joinery works, including woodwork, cabinetry, doors, panels, and other interior fit-out elements.
- Ensure all joinery work meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Plan and allocate resources, including manpower, materials, and tools, to achieve project milestones.
- Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and project specifications.
- Conduct site inspections to identify defects and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment, following health and safety regulations.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the joinery team.
- Keep records of site activities, progress reports, and material usage.
- Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in joinery finishing works, preferably in the construction or fit-out industry.
- Education: Diploma or Certification in Carpentry, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and installation techniques.
- Supervisory Skills: Ability to manage and lead a team of carpenters and laborers.
- Communication Skills: Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve site-related issues efficiently.
- Work Ethics: Attention to detail, time management, and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Experience working in GCC countries.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD and other construction-related software.
- Valid UAE/GCC driving license (if required).
