We are seeking a Finishing Foreman with experience in commercial building projects to oversee the final stages of construction projects and ensure high-quality finishes.
Job Responsibility
- Supervise and coordinate all finishing activities on commercial building projects.
- Ensure that finishes meet quality standards and specifications.
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors involved in finishing work.
- Conduct inspections to identify defects and ensure timely rectification.
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain accurate records of finishing work progress and materials used.
- Implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulations on-site.
- Proven experience working as a Finishing Foreman on commercial building projects.
- In-depth knowledge of finishing materials, techniques, and quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality finishes.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures in the construction industry.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or a related field.
