Floor Attendant

Job Description

• Responsible for customer care during assigned shift.
• Guide guests to play on the game machines.
• Perform cash and credit card transactions. Process customer requests such as rewards and point purchases accurately, in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide information about customer services such as benefits, promotions… with the aim of attracting customers.
• Clean the game machine and promptly report any problems to the leader (if any).
• Support and assist other colleagues to best meet customer needs.
• Comply with regulations and perform other tasks as required by the Board of Directors.

Job Experience

• English communication
• College degree or higher in economics, hotel and restaurant (students with no experience accepted).
• Priority is given to candidates with experience in the e-game industry for foreigners in a 5-star hotel environment.
• Rotating shifts, night shifts.
