Job Description

We are excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced Food Beverage (FB) Manager to join our team at our upcoming hotel in Goa. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food and beverage, as well as expertise in banqueting operations. Preference will be given to candidates with experience in 5-star properties.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
• Develop and implement menus that cater to a diverse clientele for Restaurant, Bar and Banquets.
• Manage all aspects of banqueting, from planning to execution, ensuring seamless events.
• Train, mentor, and lead the FB team to deliver exceptional service.
• Collaborate with the executive chef and other department heads to create a cohesive and efficient operation.
• Monitor and manage budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as an FB Manager.
• Extensive knowledge of FB trends and beverages.
• Proven experience in managing Banqueting , Bar and Restaurant operations.
• Background in 5-star properties is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred.
