Food and Drinks Coordinator - LXR Eastern Mangroves Abu Dhabi (Pre-Opening)

As a Food & Drinks Coordinator, you will provide essential support to both the Director of Food & Beverage and the Executive Chef, ensuring seamless operations across the Food & Beverage and Culinary divisions.

What will I be doing?

As Food & Drinks Coordinator, you will:

• Provide administrative and organizational support to the Director of Food & Beverage and the Executive Chef.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
• Assist with the coordination of departmental schedules, appointments, and events.
• Support with purchase requests, inventory records, and supplier correspondence.
• Track and follow up on action items, ensuring deadlines are met across both F&B and Culinary teams.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and logistics.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
• Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth communication and alignment on F&B initiatives.
• Maintain accurate filing systems, databases, and documentation.
• Assist in the organization of promotional events, menus, and guest experiences in collaboration with F&B and Culinary leaders.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support the success of the Food & Beverage division.
  
  
  

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, ideally within Food & Beverage or hospitality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of procurement or F&B systems is a plus.
• A professional, discreet, and proactive approach to supporting senior leaders.
