Foreman (Civil / General)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Job Summary:

The Foreman will supervise daily site activities, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the work of site laborers and subcontractors.
• Ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Monitor use of materials and equipment.
• Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Enforce site safety and housekeeping rules.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil / Construction field.
• Minimum 10 years of site supervision experience.
• Hands-on experience in concrete, finishing, and structural works.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multinational teams.
