Job Summary:
The Foreman will supervise daily site activities, ensuring that work is executed safely, efficiently, and according to drawings and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the work of site laborers and subcontractors.
- Ensure tasks are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
- Read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
- Monitor use of materials and equipment.
- Report daily progress and site issues to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
- Enforce site safety and housekeeping rules.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Diploma or Technical Certificate in Civil / Construction field.
- Minimum 10 years of site supervision experience.
- Hands-on experience in concrete, finishing, and structural works.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multinational teams.
