Key Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts (sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, pallet jack) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets.
- Move materials within the warehouse to designated areas.
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and staging of orders.
- Maintain clean and organized work areas.
- Follow safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures.
- Report any damaged or missing items promptly.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
- Minimum 1–2 years of forklift or warehouse experience preferred.
