Holiday Inn Dubai Al Barsha is looking for a creative and data-savvy Assistant Director of Marketing to lead brand campaigns, elevate digital presence, and amplify our hotel's visibility in a competitive market. Your day to day

Working as an Assistant Director of Marketing, you will ensure all marketing team members are trained and maintaining Holiday Inn's brand service style and behavior; you will oversee the day-to-day marketing activities with the support of the Director of Sales & Marketing. You'll have ambition, talent, and some essential skills. We're seeking someone passionate about creating great guest experiences for this vital role.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

• Support the Director of Sales & Marketing in executing the hotel's marketing strategy.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media channels.
• Develop creative content aligned with IHG brand standards.
• Collaborate with sales, F&B, and other departments to maximize exposure.
• Build partnerships with local media, influencers, and community organizations.
• Analyze campaign performance and market trends to recommend improvements.
  
  

What We Need From You

Ideally, you'll have some or all of the following competencies and experience we're looking for:

• Experience in hotel marketing or a similar role.
• Preferably with IHG brand experience.
• Currently based in the UAE.
• Strong digital marketing and social media skills.
• Excellent communication and project management abilities.
• A creative, brand-focused mindset with attention to detail.
