Your day to day

The PRO is responsible to assist in providing the below task;

• Act as the primary liaison between the hotel and government authorities, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and regulations.
• Facilitate all government-related documents and approvals, including visa processing, epermits, residency permits, and renewals for staff.
• Manage hotel-related documentation, such as trade licenses, renewals, and other regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in local labor and immigration laws and ensures compliance across the organization.
• Assist in employee on boarding by coordinating visa and residence applications, cancellations, and renewals.
• Maintain organized records of all government-related transactions, permits, and approvals.
• Support the Human Resources department with government relations tasks as needed.
  
  

What We Need From You

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a PRO or similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of UAE labor, immigration, and government processes.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
• Proactive, organized, and capable of handling multiple tasks with attention to detail.
