Iris Executives is an established recruitment agency, dedicated to hiring Top Executives. We are currently seeking a B2B Business Development Partner motivated to set up and develop his own recruitment desk in Saudi Arabia (from the comfort of your own home).

Full training and support will be provided as you work closely with our Managing Director.

As a part-time role, you will be responsible for reaching out to government organizations and large companies to collect job openings for Top Executives in various industries. The ideal candidate for this role can dedicate at least 3 to 4 hours during weekdays (ideally in the morning).

This is a freelance position with a very generous commission structure and profit-sharing opportunities in a highly lucrative market. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneur at heart and is looking for a flexible, work-from-home opportunity.

This role can evolve to partner level with company's shares and dividends on the entire group's operation. Above all, this is a chance to work for yourself and earn high commissions while balancing your other responsibilities.
