We are seeking a General Foreman specialized in Joinery to oversee and manage all joinery projects within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the production team to ensure that joinery projects are completed on time and to the required quality standards.

Job Responsibility
- Plan and schedule joinery projects, allocating resources accordingly.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Supervise and lead a team of joiners to ensure efficient production.
- Conduct regular inspections to guarantee quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Monitor project progress and report back to management on a regular basis.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the project execution.
- Proven experience as a General Foreman in the joinery field.
- In-depth knowledge of joinery techniques, materials, and tools.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Prior experience in managing joinery projects from start to finish.
- MOFA attested Diploma in related field.

- Strong leadership and supervisory skills

- Proficiency in managing and coordinating construction projects
