We’re looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the charge in delivering unforgettable experiences, from match-day madness to laid-back evenings and high-energy activations.
What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily operations with flair, precision, and a passion for hospitality
- Lead and inspire a team to deliver exceptional guest service
- Curate the vibe — from sports screenings to themed nights and community events
- Manage inventory, budgets, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing standards
- Collaborate with marketing and culinary teams to elevate the brand experience
- A seasoned hospitality professional with 3+ years in venue or restaurant management
- Passionate about sports, food, and creating memorable guest moments
- A natural leader with strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-energy environments
- Familiar with Dubai’s F&B scene and local regulations
