The TikTok Creative Product Marketing & Operations team develops world-leading tech solutions for ads creative production, interpretation, and optimization, empowering and inspiring advertisers, creators, and other third parties to deliver the best engaging creative experiences to end users. What We're Looking For:

We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing and Operations Manager to join our team as a Global Gaming Product Marketing Manager. This role will provide top-notch operational support to gaming advertisers, throughout the product development lifecycle, and ensure success across key TikTok Ad Creative and Creator products.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategic partnership framework and collaboration model with global gaming internal and external stakeholders
  • Own 1st Party and 3rd Party product adoption across the market including training, organizing routine workshops and webinars on new product features, best practices, and feedback collection.
  • Provide advertiser-level operational support to ensure an optimized gaming customer experience.
  • Project manage across a wide range of cross-functional partners, including but not limited to product, data science, business integrity, legal, compliance, brand partnership, client solution teams, and other key stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of creative product development.
  • Provide first-line market insights to help shape product strategy and drive business expansion.
  • Conduct revenue management and resource planning to provide critical inputs for product strategy, partnering with marketing science to set up effective incentive policies to drive sustainable product adoption growth.
  • Partner with Sales leadership, Business Marketing, and Product Marketing Managers to set long-term objectives and develop go-to-market strategies for Creative Products.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, HQ counterparts, and Sales teams to build customer-centric creative solutions for our advertisers in the region.
  • Partner closely with sales teams and utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements and prioritise solutions to influence the direction of product development.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of work experience in a product marketing, operations, or sales role building technology solutions with external Gaming advertisers
  • Experience in digital advertising or creator marketing of gaming industry
  • Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders
  • Self-starter with strong project management skills, ability to grasp core context, identify key risks, and cooperate with all parties to achieve goals.
  • Analytical, data-sensitive, and goal-driven. Comfortable with setting ambitious targets, analyzing the status quo, planning a course of action, executing rapid trial-and-error iterations, and constantly improving.
  • Excellent communicator and team worker. Comfortable navigating global organizational structures and aligning objectives with cross-functional teams. Thrives in a diverse work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketplace dynamics and TikTok Creative Solutions (1st Party and 3rd Party product).
  • Experience in advertising in the game industry. Understand the pain points and needs of game industry customers in the market
