We are looking for an experienced Head of HR who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management globally within our organization. This key leadership role will involve developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives to support the company's overall objectives while ensuring compliance with local regulations and promoting a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will be a process-driven individual with a strong acumen for data , technology , and out of the box thinking to support the next phase of growth for the business and its organizational needs .
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic People Management & Planning
- Develop and execute global HR strategies that align with the business's growth objectives.
- Lead international workforce planning and organizational design to support expansion across multiple geographies.
- Partner with the C-suite on succession planning, leadership development, and long-term talent strategies.
Executive & C-Suite Coaching
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing coaching on organizational effectiveness, change management, and people leadership.
- Support executives in building high-performing, resilient teams.
Organizational Effectiveness
- Drive cultural alignment across global offices, balancing regional requirements with global consistency.
- Oversee initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and productivity.
HR Operations & Systems
- Oversee enterprise HR systems (HRIS, performance management, payroll, learning platforms), ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
- Lead HR technology adoption, driving data-driven decision-making.
Compensation, Benefits & Budgeting
- Develop competitive compensation frameworks to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage HR budgets, forecasts, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance across jurisdictions.
Talent Acquisition & Development
- Ensure timely, high-quality hiring across all levels.
- Lead training, development, and leadership programs to support skills development and future capability building.
Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and best practices across multiple markets.
- Anticipate and mitigate people-related risks at both local and global levels.
Training and Learning
- Have full ownership of the learning , training and continuous education programs in the group partnering with various C suite and management .
Requirements:
- Master's or bachelor's Degree
- Experienced people manager; leading teams (including virtual teams); creating a high-performance environment built around creativity and empowerment.
- Understanding of labor laws and Global HR best practices.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and comfortable with data-driven decision-making.
- Commercial Accumen and a understanding of working in financial markets and trading industries .
- Fluency in English is mandatory. Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
- Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving capabilities
