WSP in the Middle East is seeking for a motivated and detail-oriented Emirati National Graduate to join our Finance team as a Graduate-Financial Analyst. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, compliance, and statutory reporting within a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing and reviewing tax filings and related documentation to ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
- Support the compilation and submission of statutory financial statements in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audit and regulatory purposes.
- Assist in monitoring compliance with relevant financial laws, policies, and procedures.
- Contribute to financial reporting and reconciliation activities as required.
- Coordinate with internal departments to gather data and ensure timely reporting.
- Open to UAE Nationals only (Emirati with a valid Family Book).
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Recent graduate or up to 1 year of relevant internship or work experience.
- Interest in developing a career in taxation, regulatory compliance, and statutory reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other basic financial tools.
- Strong communication skills and attention to details.
