The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a fresh graduate to join as a Project Controls Coordinator (Cost and/or Planning) to support the delivery of projects

The Key Objectives For This Role Are

• Learn and support planning and cost control processes on projects.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and project data updates.
• Understand schedule development and tracking fundamentals.
• Gain hands-on experience with project management tools.
• Contribute to maintaining accurate cost and progress records.
  
  

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of schedules, forecasts, and reports.
• Assist in collecting data for project tracking and updates.
• Learn to use planning and cost control tools (e.g., Excel, Primavera).
• Help monitor progress and highlight deviations.
• Coordinate with project teams to support timely reporting.

Expected

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Interest in learning cost control and planning functions.
• Basic Excel knowledge; familiarity with scheduling tools is a plus.
• Good teamwork and communication abilities.
