We are currently seeking a Graduate Real Estate Advisory Analyst to join the Advisory Services Real Estate Advisory Team.

This role is to work predominantly on real estate market studies, provide development recommendations and conduct financial and investment analyses for a variety of real estate developments throughout the Middle East region.

Your new role, what's involved?

• Undertake real estate market research and analysis on various asset classes.
• Conduct site assessments from a real estate market perspective.
• Research and benchmarking of comparable project and products.
• Maintain supply and demand and performance data bases.
• Work on development briefs for simple to complex real estate development projects.
• Conduct analysis of proposed land use schemes and investment appraisals.
• DCF / Financial Modelling.
• Conduct feasibility and highest and best use studies.
• Support on preparation of real estate advisory proposals.
• Support business development activities of the team.
• Prepare quality project reports for submission to the client.
• Develop and manage good and effective relationships with colleagues, clients and other stakeholders.
• Attend trainings as well as self-education on related topics relevant to conduct work.
• Support the wider team efforts.
  
  

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Real Estate, Architecture or Engineering
• Should demonstrate an interest in real estate and mixed use developments.
• Basic knowledge in real estate projects appraisals.
• Experience in market analysis of the real estate projects in major mixed land use development projects.
• Excellent technical writing skills (mandatory).
• Experience in preparing project reports, and/or publications.
• Excellent English language skills (mandatory).
• Interest in ME / GCC Countries.
• Proficient in use of computer software (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, etc) to produce professional looking documents of international standards
• Able to work with multidisciplinary multicultural teams
• Able to deliver work within tight deadlines and handle heavier work pressure near deadlines.
