The opportunity

Are you a passionate coder with a vision for a greener future? We’re looking for a sharp, driven graduate to join our engineering team and help us build software that empowers businesses to reduce energy waste and lower carbon emissions. You’ll work with modern tools, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow into a world-class developer.

What exactly will you do?

• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and product leads to build full-stack applications that make a real-world impact.
• Write clean, maintainable code for both front-end and back-end systems. You’ll learn and contribute across the stack.
• Test your code, squash bugs, and continuously improve performance, security, and usability.
• Explore and help select new technologies and frameworks. Your voice matters from day one.
• Develop microservices and APIs that integrate with IoT systems, data pipelines, and AI models.
• Contribute to internal tools that streamline processes and improve customer experience.
• Participate in planning sessions, code reviews, and brainstorming. Grow your skills in a supportive, fast-paced environment.
  
  

What we’re looking for

• A recent graduate (or up to 1 year of experience) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience working on front-end and back-end projects (through internships, university work, or personal projects).
• Familiar with JavaScript or TypeScript, and ideally with frameworks like Node.js, React.js, or Vue.js.
• Comfortable with basic cloud concepts (e.g. AWS, GCP, Azure) and how apps run in the real world.
• Exposure to databases like PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, or Elasticsearch is a plus.
• Curious about (or experienced with) microservices, API development, and system integration.
• Bonus: Passion for sustainability or familiarity with the energy sector.

• Knowledge of time series data or experience working with energy, IoT, or sustainability projects.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) or tools like Git, Docker, or APIs.
