Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Graphic Designer to join our team. Who will be able to design a wide variety of artworks across digital and offline media. The ideal candidate will be able to deliver brilliant creative ideas, demonstrate a design thinking mindset, and a keen eye for details.

• Determining the requirements and scope of a project based on the given briefs
• Creating visual adaptations based on the key visuals set out by the Creative Lead
• Presenting ideas, preparing drafts, and testing graphics across various media
• Developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand
• Ensuring that all communication needs are met through relevant digital content and aesthetic visuals aligned with the company’s Marketing Strategy, Brand Standards, and business objectives
• Communicating and reflecting the IFZA Brand Identity effectively through visuals
• Abiding by project timelines and budget constraints
• Collaborating with the Content team and the Creative Lead to produce the final designs
  
  

Requirements

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer
• Full English proficiency is required
• Additional spoken languages are a plus
• Proficiency in the following Adobe suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Good knowledge of target markets and competitors
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or Digital Design, or a related field.
