Great 12-month role for 4-5 year PQE Transactional Lawyer with a Leading Tech/Fund Business

Our UAE offering has been launched as a part of a broader Middle East strategy and we are currently looking to expand our bench with an additional lawyer to work on assignment with one of our clients.

Our client is looking for a proactive and motivated Corporate/Commercial with imminent availability to undertake a role with a leading technology company on a 12 month fixed term contract.

The successful lawyer will be focused on the launch of a new fund, so fund experience is very desirable, but not essential. Our client is based in Abu Dhabi and applicants will be required to work from their office.

Applicants should also possess the following:

• Qualification as a lawyer with a current practising certificate and ideally 4-5 years’ PQE, but lawyers outside this bracket are also invited to apply
• Strong general Corporate/Commercial experience gained within a leading law firm or equivalent in-house/secondment experience
• Enthusiastic about embracing new work cultures
• Arabic speaking a plus but not essential
• Right to work in the UAE
• Early availability to commence work
