Overview: The Guest Ambassador will be responsible for meeting & greeting the guests and ensuring their comfort.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests warmly and escort them to their designated areas.
  • Build rapport with regular guests and ensure their preferences are met.
  • Assist with special requests, including arranging seating and accommodating VIP guests.
  • Work closely with management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Address guest concerns and feedback promptly.


Candidate Profile:

  • High school diploma; a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is advantageous.
  • Experience in customer service or guest relations, ideally 1-2 years.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, welcoming demeanor.
  • Ability to handle special requests and ensure guest comfort.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing guest needs and preferences.
  • Attention to detail in managing guest interactions and feedback.
