At SmartStay, we specialize in luxury holiday home experiences in Dubai. We’re looking for a Guest Relations Officer who will be the face of our brand, ensuring seamless check-ins and building relationships that result in exceptional reviews and repeat guests.

What You’ll Do:

- Personally welcome guests, delivering a VIP experience from arrival to departure.

- Engage with guests, encouraging 5-star reviews and repeat bookings.

- Ensure personalized stays, exceeding guest expectations.

- Use Hostaway, Monday, Slack & Breezeway to manage check-ins and guest requests.

- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

What You Need:

- Experience in 5-star hotels or luxury holiday homes in Dubai.

- A people person with a passion for guest satisfaction.

- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus!).

- Flexibility to work night shifts, when scheduled

- UAE Driving License (preferred).

- Immediate availability is a strong advantage.
