As Guest Relations Officer, We Rely On You To
- Provide a warm and engaging service to guests at every interaction as per Shangri-La Standards whether during arrival, stay or departure.
- Enhance guest relations and loyalty scores
- Provide support to ensure a smooth and efficient Guest Relations Operation.
- Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
- Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out.
- Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests.
- Has minimum 1 years’ experience in a 5-star / international hotel in the same capacity
- Is fluent in oral and written English and local language
- Can work with a multinational team
- Has a pleasant and cheerful personality
- Flexible and able to work as per hotel operational needs and requirements
