About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Guest Services Executive to join the The Club Lounge Team in Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
- Assist with check-in, check-out, pre-registration, extended stay requests, and group bookings, ensuring all procedures align with standard protocols for the respective domain.
- Ensure guests are promptly and courteously allotted their assigned rooms, and coordinate with the bell desk to escort them directly to their rooms after check-in.
- Accurately communicate facility, product, and service rates using suggestive selling techniques to enhance guest experience and create added value.
- Perform cashiering duties such as foreign currency exchange and paid outs, while managing and balancing the cash float responsibly.
- Safeguard guest privacy by ensuring no personal information is disclosed, maintaining a high level of confidentiality at all times.
- Anticipate guest needs and provide thoughtful assistance in line with the Heart of Jumeirah standards, while adhering to all departmental policies and procedures to ensure luxury service delivery.
About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of similar experience in a 5-star hotel setting.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Opera PMS (Cloud), HotSoS.
- Clear and effective communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated ability to perform tasks with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with effective organizational skills for handling multiple responsibilities.
