Head of Commercial Operations - META
The Head of Commercial Operations META will lead and drive the commercial strategy and execution across the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa region. This role is responsible for optimizing sales performance, enhancing go-to-market models, and ensuring operational excellence across all commercial functions. The role will work closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain, and Medical Affairs to ensure alignment with Galderma's global and regional objectives.
- Develop and implement the regional commercial strategy aligned with global business goals.
- Lead sales operations, forecasting, demand planning, and performance analytics.
- Drive excellence in execution across field force effectiveness, CRM utilization, and incentive planning.
- Collaborate with country managers to ensure consistent commercial practices and performance tracking.
- Identify and implement best practices in pricing, market access, and channel management.
- Oversee commercial training and capability-building initiatives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and Galderma's internal policies.
- Conduct market research and data analysis to create business plans on commercial opportunities.
- Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports and recommendations for META LT.
- Assist in setting financial targets and budget development by business and product line.
- Ensure adherence to company policy and legal/compliance guidelines.
- Working with profit targets to set pricing strategies, optimize margins, and ensure sustainable profitability.
- Propose organizational structure for optimal market coverage and revenue generation.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in commercial operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical or dermatology sector.
- Proven leadership experience in a regional or multi-country role.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Fluency in English; Arabic, Turkish, or French is a plus.
