What You Will Be Doing

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, includes:

• Crafting sophisticated 3-statement models that seamlessly integrate ERP data and AI-powered scenario analysis
• Delivering comprehensive investment analysis packages with lightning speed (72-hour turnaround)
• Conducting surgical analysis of key business metrics (CAC, retention, pricing) to uncover game-changing insights
• Transforming abstract business strategies into concrete, KPI-driven execution frameworks

Head Of Corporate Finance Key Responsibilities

Your core mission is to pioneer an AI-enhanced financial ecosystem that powers strategic decision-making and accelerates growth across our portfolio of innovative SaaS and education ventures. You'll be the bridge between financial strategy and operational excellence, ensuring our investments translate into measurable success.

Basic Requirements

• Proven track record of 5+ years in elite financial environments (PE, IB, or Big 4 M&A) with hands-on deal modeling experience
• Professional certification (CPA, ACA, ACCA, CFA, CIMA, or MBA) and expert-level understanding of accounting standards
• Proficiency with major ERP platforms (NetSuite, Oracle, SAP)
• Demonstrated expertise in leveraging AI tools for financial analysis and strategic planning
• History of delivering compelling, action-oriented financial recommendations to executive stakeholders
• Based in UTC-8 to UTC+3 time zones

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
