Overview of the role:
The Head of Data & Analytics will lead the data strategy for Blue Rewards, driving the development of AI-driven insights, customer engagement models, and predictive analytics to enhance the platform's effectiveness. This leader will be responsible for leveraging data science, machine learning, and business intelligence to optimize customer experiences, loyalty programs, and revenue growth. The role requires deep expertise in data architecture, AI integration, and decision science, along with strong leadership skills to build and manage a high-performing analytics team.

What you will do:
- Develop and implement the data strategy for Blue Rewards.
- Establish a scalable data architecture and governance framework.
- Enhance customer segmentation and predictive analytics for personalized experiences.
- Implement real-time data analytics for tracking customer behaviours, transactions, and interactions.
- Develop dynamic dashboards and reporting tools for business insights.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and technology teams to leverage data for decision-making.
- Hire, mentor, and lead a high-performing data & analytics team.
- Build a customer data balance sheet for Blue that is an asset that can be monetized.
- Collaborate with internal and external brand partners to drive growth and value to them using the Blue data.
- 10+ years of program management experience
- Experienced in managing high-performing teams to deliver complex data and analytics projects.
- Excellent communications & presentation skills
- You will be reporting to GM Technology & Data - Blue
- Bachelor’s degree or higher preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Finance, Economics, or any other quantitative field.
- 10+ years of working experience in program management, with at least 5 years managing large programs
- Proven record of delivering business impact through analytics solutions
- Previously managed high-performing teams to delivery large data and analytics programs
- Previous direct team management experience is a must
- Experience in driving change management and adoption efforts needed to ensure value creation from analytics
