A Snapshot of Your Day
The EQS Manager Compression Service ME & AP is responsible for driving safety and quality and improving customer experience in the region. He/she is working in close collaboration with GS & STG local EQS teams and CP EQS team. This role will report on the Head of Service Region Middle East and Asia Pacific for Compression and can be based in any Siemens Energy location in the region. We are looking for a self-motivated, dynamic, customer-focused leader, dedicated to shape our Compression Service organization with a high focus on the Environment, Quality, Health, and Safety

How You’ll Make An Impact
- Conducts periodic reviews with internal Stakeholders related to Quality & EHS case management. He/she supports resolution of customer reported issues.
- Provides visibility of internal/external issues and facilitates the RCA and CAPA programs to lower Injury Rates, Non-Conformance Costs, and deviations from standards.
- Reviews NPS reports and derives regional improvement measures. Prepare, on demand, customer (internal / external) presentations on conducted RCA and improvement measures.
- Develops, implements, and manages EQS policies, plans, procedures, and processes to ensure the effective management of hazard identification, assessment of risk and implementation of controls.
- Monitors EQS performance for service in the region for deficiencies and opportunities and works with the relevant organizations to enable supplier quality.
- Drive continuous improvement of processes within the area of responsibility that impacts customer satisfaction and business excellence, and creation of repeatable process flows for instances within quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field or qualified by experience.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and its implementation.
- Experience in developing and managing an ISO 9001, 14001, or 45001 Certification. Experience administering business improvement initiatives and non-conformance management programs.
- Six Sigma / Lean Certification
- 8+ years of experience in EQS and in industrial services.
- Willingness to travel (up to 40%) and work in industrial environments
