Our Client:

Our client, a real estate agency are seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team. As the Head of Marketing in the real estate sector, you will lead our marketing strategy and execution, ensuring our brand and properties are effectively promoted across all channels.

This role requires a visionary leader who can drive growth through innovative marketing solutions while collaborating closely with sales and operational teams to achieve organizational goals.

Your Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy Development:

• Design and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement across digital and traditional channels.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation in the real estate market.
  
  

Brand Management:

• Develop and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with our target audience, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, including brochures, presentations, and promotional materials.
  
  

Digital Marketing Leadership:

• Guide the digital marketing team in executing effective campaigns across SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid advertising.
• Monitor and optimize digital marketing efforts to maximize ROI and lead generation.
  
  

Team Leadership and Development:

• Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and performance.
• Set clear goals and KPIs for the team, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
  
  

Market Research and Analytics:

• Conduct comprehensive market research to inform marketing strategies and understand customer behavior and preferences.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure and report on marketing performance, providing insights to inform future strategies.
  
  

Collaboration and Communication:

• Work closely with sales and operational teams to ensure marketing strategies align with business goals and enhance customer experience.

Budget Management:

• Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of marketing spend, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  
  

Your Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior marketing role, preferably as a Head of Marketing or similar leadership position within the real estate industry.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, brand management, and market research.
• Demonstrated success in leading marketing teams and driving results through innovative campaigns.
• Excellent analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
• Creative thinker with a passion for real estate and evolving marketing trends.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field; Master’s degree preferred
