Role Overview

The Head of Product will lead CFI’s global product function, responsible for defining and delivering the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple asset classes and digital platforms. This role requires balancing innovation with execution, building differentiated client experiences, ensuring regulatory alignment, and driving competitive advantage in online trading. The Head of Product will collaborate closely with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Business to deliver seamless, world-class products across mobile, web, and proprietary trading platforms. This is a senior leadership role suited to a strategic product leader with a proven track record in financial services or fintech, capable of building and scaling product organizations in complex, regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

Product Vision & Strategy

• Define and own CFI’s global product vision and roadmap.
• Align product development with business strategy, client needs, and market opportunities.
• Ensure product strategy supports global expansion and regulatory compliance.

Product Development & Execution

• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery and design through delivery and post-launch optimization.
• Prioritize features and initiatives to balance business impact, client experience, and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate with Technology leadership to ensure scalable, high-quality execution.
• Client Experience & Innovation
• Champion client-centric design and continuous improvement in usability, accessibility, and reliability.
• Drive innovation in trading platforms, mobile apps, and emerging financial products.
• Leverage data, analytics, and client insights to inform product decisions.
• Collaboration & Leadership
• Partner with Technology, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, and Business to ensure successful delivery and adoption of products.
• Build and mentor a high-performing global product team.
• Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and execution excellence.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in product management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Head of Product, VP Product, or equivalent).
• Proven success in financial services, trading, brokerage, or fintech.
• Strong experience managing product portfolios across multiple platforms (web, mobile, APIs).
• Deep understanding of financial markets, client experience, and regulatory
• requirements.
• Track record of building and scaling global product teams.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.
