What You Will Be Doing

• Mastermind the Educational Strategy: Develop and refine the "Education Domain BrainLift," integrating team and market insights into a unified, strategic vision for the Education vertical.
• Guide the Product Roadmap: Transform the Domain BrainLift into a strategic, outcome-focused roadmap for our product suite, prioritizing work that adds exponential value and guiding your team's efforts with a clear strategic rationale.
• Be a Player-Coach: Lead by example in critical areas, while mentoring your team, refining their iterations, and ensuring cohesive portfolio execution.
  
  

What You Won’t Be Doing

• Focusing solely on people management. Your main role is to lead strategy and execution standards, rather than managing headcount and processes.
• Implementing a pre-defined strategy. You are expected to craft the overarching strategy for the vertical, building insights from the ground up.
• Creating static roadmaps. Your roadmap is dynamic and informed by ongoing learnings and team iterations.
• Managing a "feature factory." Success is measured by strategic outcomes and fostering cross-product synergy, not just feature output.
  
  

Basic Requirements

Head of Product Growth key responsibilities

• Minimum of 6 years in a product leadership role, with hands-on experience in shaping product vision and owning core problem-solution hypotheses.
• Proven track record of launching a successful product from scratch, achieving at least $1 million in revenue.
• Experience incorporating AI into daily professional tasks such as research, analysis, and strategic planning.

Working with us

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $200 USD/hour, which equates to $400,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
