Job Description

  • Supervising the preparation, development and updating of the institution's strategic plan, preparing its own goals and initiatives and linking them to key performance indicators to achieve those goals.
  • Supervising the preparation of the organizational unit's operational plan in line with the institution's strategic plan.
  • Supervising the provision of the necessary support to organizational units in preparing the requirements of the annual operational plans and developing them in accordance with the framework of the strategic plan.
  • Supervising the implementation and follow-up of the levels of achievement of the operational plans and identifying any risks that prevent the achievement of the set targets according to the time frame specified in the work plans and preparing the necessary report.
  • Supervising the periodic audit of the extent to which organizational units implement their operational plans to ensure that their performance path is consistent with the institution's strategy and measuring achievement rates.
  • Supervising the preparation, development and updating of basic and supporting procedures and operations at the institutional level and its various organizational units.
  • Supervising the audit with organizational units to ensure the application of the principles of quality and excellence according to the international specifications.
  • Supervising the management of excellence according to the standards of the Dubai Government Excellence Program.
  • Disseminating the culture of excellence through training courses and encouraging employees to participate in the program categories.
  • Supervising the strengthening of relations with internal and external partners to ensure the provision of services according to the best standards.
  • Supervising the management of the complaints process with customers.
  • Supervising the management of the proposal process.
  • Supervising the preparation of customer questionnaires for all organizational units, analyzing their results, and following up on the implementation of the recommendations derived from them.
  • Approving programs and workshops related to raising employee awareness of the operations and procedures of the Planning and Institutional -Excellence Office and its connections with other organizational units, and supervising their implementation.
  • Supervising the development and implementation of initiatives to raise the employee happiness index in the Planning and Institutional Excellence Office and its connections.
  • Ensuring the implementation of information security policies and procedures, and ensuring that each employee, male or female, within the office understands his or her responsibilities related to information security.
  • Performing any other tasks related to the work of the affiliated organizational unit or as directed.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree requires 12 years of experience in the field of strategic planning management.
  • Bachelor's degree requires 14 years of experience in the field of strategic planning management.
