Duties & Responsibilities

• Advise our healthcare professionals and support them by telephone in the use of the software, either by responding to requests received or by calling them proactively;
• Provide training on the use of our services over the phone
• Ensure that requests received by email are processed quickly and efficiently
• Work closely with sales, marketing and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
