We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Communications & Engagement Specialist to develop and lead our internal communication function. This role will be responsible for creating and implementing communication strategies that enhance employee engagement, promote company culture, and ensure clear, consistent, and effective messaging across the organization. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of communication tools, and the ability to build and execute communication plans from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Implement Strategy: Create and execute an internal communication strategy aligned with business and HR objectives.
- Content Creation: Develop engaging and informative content, including newsletters, announcements, intranet updates, and leadership messages.
- Employee Engagement: Drive initiatives to enhance employee connection to company values, mission, and goals.
- Communication Channels: Establish, manage, and improve internal communication platforms (email, intranet, digital signage, town halls, etc.).
- Leadership Support: Work closely with leadership and HR teams to craft messaging that effectively reaches employees at all levels.
- Crisis & Change Communication: Support the company with internal messaging during periods of organizational change or crisis.
- Feedback & Improvement: Implement feedback mechanisms to measure communication effectiveness and continuously enhance strategies.
- Event Coordination: Support internal events and initiatives that reinforce company culture and improve employee experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Human Resources, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in internal communications, HR, or a related role, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to craft compelling narratives and engaging content.
- Experience with digital communication tools, intranet management, and graphic design tools is a plus.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
