Heavy Bus Driver – Ensure Safe and Timely Transportation

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Heavy Bus Driver to manage the safe and efficient transportation of passengers. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent driving skills, a strong focus on safety, and the ability to maintain the vehicle in excellent condition while adhering to all traffic and company regulations.
I. Purpose
To ensure the safe and timely transportation of passengers and materials as per company requirements.
To uphold the highest standards of road safety and customer service during all trips.
II. Job Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Safely operate a heavy bus to transport passengers as per the assigned schedule.
Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure roadworthiness.
Ensure adherence to all traffic rules and regulations at all times.
Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the bus.
Report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
Assist passengers in boarding and disembarking the vehicle safely.
Maintain accurate records of trips, mileage, and fuel usage.
Follow company policies regarding transportation schedules and route management.
Perform other duties as requested by the Transport Supervisor or Fleet Manager.
III. Position Qualifications
Education
High School or equivalent education.
Experience
Minimum of 3 years of work experience as a Heavy Bus Driver in the UAE.
Licenses
Valid UAE Heavy Bus Driving License (Category 6).
Languages
Basic communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
