We are seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk Executive to join our dynamic team at Presight. You will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth IT operations and user support.

Responsibilities

Admin Support:

•   Provide administrative assistance to the IT department.
•   Maintain accurate records of IT inventory and assets.
•   Assist in coordinating IT-related events and activities.
  
  
  

Ticketing System:

•   Manage and respond to IT support tickets promptly.
•   Prioritize and escalate issues as needed.
•   Ensure timely resolution of user concerns.
  
  
  

Asset Management:

•   Oversee the tracking and management of IT assets.
•   Conduct regular audits to maintain accuracy in asset records.
•   Collaborate with procurement for timely acquisitions and disposals.
  
  
  

Bilingual Support:

•   Communicate effectively in both Arabic and English ( ideally).
•   Provide technical assistance to users in a clear and understandable manner.
  
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications:

•   Proven experience of around 5- 6 years as an IT Helpdesk Administrator or similar role.
•   Strong administrative and organizational skills.
•   Familiarity with ticketing systems and IT asset management.
•   Bilingual proficiency in Arabic and English ( ideally)
•   Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
