Job Summary

We, at IIQAF, are seeking a Holiday Consultant to join our expanding team in order to provide extraordinary customer support for our growing client base.

Responsibility:

• Act as a key contact point for all customers predominantly looking to book a holiday

• Advise customers on the best holidays and vacation packages to meet their requirements

• Handle all customer inquiries and provide consultation and follow up advice

• Assist customers in selecting flights, hotels, and holiday activities

• Utilize booking software systems to accurately reserve and manage holiday bookings

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer consulting and hospitality

• An exceptional ability to understand customer’s needs and promptness in delivering superior customer service

• An energetic, enthusiastic and driven approach to the job

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to multi-task and excellent time management skills

Salary:

• 5000AED-5500AED
