What You Will Do

• Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival.
• Manage reservations, table assignments, and walk-in guests efficiently.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries about the restaurant, menu, and reservations.
• Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
• Handle guest complaints and special requests with professionalism and care.
• Assist in managing the waiting list and providing accurate wait time estimates.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  
  

What You Will Bring

• Previous experience in the same role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Friendly and professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in front-of-house operations in a restaurant or hospitality setting is a plus.
• Proficiency in reservation software and basic computer skills.
