Household Manager (UNHW Private Residence)

Location: Palm Jumeriah, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (depending on experience)

A private ultra-high-net-worth family based in Dubai is seeking an exceptional Household Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their private residence. This is a senior, hands-on role suited to a highly organised, discreet, and proactive professional who can take full ownership of household management and ensure everything runs seamlessly at all times.

The successful candidate will act as the central point of coordination for all household staff and services, removing day-to-day operational stress from the principals and maintaining impeccable standards throughout the home.

• Oversee the smooth daily operation of the private residence, ensuring the home is maintained to consistently high, five-star standards
• Manage, supervise, and coordinate all household staff, including housekeepers, maids, and nannies
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new household staff as required, ensuring cultural fit and service excellence
• Create staff schedules, manage workloads, and ensure appropriate coverage at all times
• Set clear expectations and maintain discipline, professionalism, and confidentiality within the household team
• Conduct ongoing training and performance management to uphold luxury service standards
• Serve as the primary liaison between the principals and household staff, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively
• Oversee household logistics, supplies, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless operations
• Maintain organisation, cleanliness, and presentation across all areas of the home
• Ensure discretion, privacy, and professionalism are upheld at all times

• Proven experience in a senior household role for UHNW or high-net-worth families, ideally as a Household Manager or Head Housekeeper
• Strong leadership experience managing and coordinating multiple household staff members
• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to run a household efficiently and independently
• Fluent, professional English is essential; additional languages are an advantage
• Polished, calm, and confident demeanour, with the ability to operate in a high-standard private environment
• Highly proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused
• Strong understanding of luxury service expectations and five-star household standards
• Based in Dubai and familiar with local staff, suppliers, and service providers
• Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful of privacy at all times
• Must be willing to travel to the Palm daily, additional points if you are already close.
