Job Description

• Inspect rooms, common areas, and other facilities to ensure compliance with standards.
• Identify and resolve cleaning issues promptly.
• To inspect all Vacant Rooms, checkout rooms, and departures daily.
• Ensure having rooms inspected “checked” for all late arrivals, overnight & early arrivals.
• To ensure submitting discrepancy report twice a day to Front Office Supervisors.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in housekeeping management or supervision.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
